Low quality materials to develop this device I just purchased a light for the face and neck from LED esthetics and it was around $500 for both with a discount around The same power of light output as the deesse pro. The material from LED esthetics and the quality of the remote is by far 1 million times better than This $1900 mask. My remote for the Deesse pro two months, and I had to take apart and try to fix it myself because all the buttons were loose and held up by nothing, straps very uncomfortable. I think the only reason why I bought it cause I seen she is a celeb esthetician. The only thing you should look for when purchasing LED mask is the output in the strength of lights, not the price and who is behind the LED mask. Lesson learned. The warranty should be 5 years for the price tag I was told I was out of warranty for a replacement.

I am over 40 and have been suffering with some odd skin issues since giving birth to my daughter a year ago including hormonal acne, severe sensitivity to products and rosacea. Plus the usual aging at my age and lack of sleep a new baby brings take a toll and add up.
