When, where and how often should I use the Sculpting Wand?
The Wand can be used daily, up to twice per day, in treatment sessions no longer than 10 minutes each. Use the Wand in any of our designated treatment zones: around the forehead, eyes, lips, nasolabial lines, cheeks, jawline and neck. Do not use the Facial Sculpting Wand anywhere besides these designated areas around the face.
What type of results will I see?
With regular usage, skin will appear firmer, less wrinkled, more contoured, and glowing.
What kind of warranty comes with this product?
From the date of delivery, we grant a warranty of 2 years for issues resulting from material or production defects. Warranty coverage is subject to proof-of-purchase presentation. The battery, charging cable and power plug are guaranteed for 6 months.
Excluded from the warranty:
-Damage due to improper use and misuse such as dropping, or neglect in safety precaution
-Accidental damage
-Repairs done by a third party
-Normal wear and tear and consumption (also valid for accessories)
-Damage or appearance of the product
-Modifications, misuse, involved in an accident or natural disaster
-Damage to cord or attachments pieces
What do the vibrations feel like?
Vibration therapy feels like a gentle pulsing on the skin as it provides deep muscle stimulation. The Wand contains adjustable options to increase or decrease the intensity depending on your personal preference.
Please note that slight reddening and warming of the skin is not a cause for concern. This is a desired effect of the vibration caused by increased blood flow.
Please note that in rare cases the following side effects may occur:
-Pain / unpleasant sensation in the treatment area
-Nausea/dizziness
-Skin irritation
-Reflexive / involuntary muscle contractions

Who should and shouldn't use the Sculpting Wand?
The Wand should not be used on areas where there are open wounds, eczema or acute inflammation. Additionally, do not use the Wand if you have any pre-existing conditions such as:

-Pregnancy
-Heart pacemakers
-Arteriosclerosis (in the body region being treated)
-Thromboses (in the body region being treated)
Brain pacemakers
-Cardiac arrhythmia
-Tumors
-Acute episodes of inflammatory diseases
-Implants (in the body region being treated)
Dental implants should be firmly anchored before using the Wand.
What type of charger does this device come with?
The Wand power supply is 100-240vac, 50-60 Hz which is compatible to use in most countries. It includes a standard two prong plug, suitable for usage in the United States, however, it may be used with an adapter for usage outside of the United States.
